적용 대상: com.comostudio.speakingtimer 0.26.1 (versionCode 26102701). 아래는 이 앱의 기존 데이터 처리 방식을 구체화한 설명이며, 다른 앱의 처리 범위를 변경하지 않습니다.

• 기기 내부 기록: 멀티 타이머·스톱워치·알람 설정과 실행 기록, 랩, 그룹·태그, 사용자가 입력한 이름·감정·메모, 말하기 설정, 통계·성취 관련 정보는 기본적으로 기기 내부에 저장됩니다. 사용자가 백업을 선택하면 관련 정보가 백업 파일에 포함될 수 있으며, Google Drive 백업은 아래 2.4.6에 따릅니다.
• 기록 보존: 일반 타이머·스톱워치 사용 기록에 아래 진단 이력의 7일/60건 기준을 일괄 적용한다는 뜻은 아닙니다. 기록은 앱이 제공하는 삭제 기능으로 관리하고, 앱 전용 데이터는 앱 삭제 시 제거될 수 있습니다. 별도로 저장한 백업 사본은 해당 저장 위치에서 관리해야 합니다.
• 말하기(TTS): 앱은 안내할 시간·이름·사용자 지정 문장 등을 Android의 선택된 음성 합성 엔진에 전달합니다. 네트워크가 필요한 음성을 선택하면 엔진 제공자의 서버에서 처리될 수 있으며, 해당 엔진 제공자의 개인정보처리방침과 기기 설정이 적용됩니다. 읽어주기 기능은 마이크 녹음과 별개입니다.
• 포그라운드 서비스: 사용자가 시작한 타이머·스톱워치, 알람 울림, 알림·플로팅 제어 및 선택한 이어폰 출력 보호를 위해 포그라운드 서비스를 사용합니다. 이 권한 자체가 사용자 기록을 별도 서버로 전송하는 기능은 아닙니다.
• 광고·구독: 광고가 제공되는 상태에서는 AdMob 배너·네이티브 광고 및 스톱워치 리셋 후 전면광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 광고 제거 권리가 유효하면 해당 광고를 표시하지 않습니다. 광고·결제 관련 데이터 처리는 아래 2.4.3~2.4.5를 따르며, 구독 자동 백업은 사용자가 별도로 켠 경우에만 동작합니다.

2.1. 앱이 직접 수집하지 않는 개인정보

회사는 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 주소, 주민등록번호 등 전통적 의미의 개인정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.

2.2. 기기 권한을 통해 접근하는 정보

앱이 정상 작동하기 위해 다음 권한을 요청하며, 각 권한은 명시된 목적 외로 사용되지 않습니다:

2.3. 기기 내부 저장 정보

앱은 이용자의 설정 및 운영에 필요한 정보를 기본적으로 기기 내부에 저장합니다. 사용자가 선택한 Google Drive 백업(2.4.6)과 Android 자체 백업·기기 이전(아래 마지막 항목)은 해당 설명에 따릅니다:

• 알람 설정 (알람 시간, 벨소리 선택, 진동 패턴, TTS 설정 등): 기기 내부의 앱 전용 설정 저장소에 보관합니다(백업은 2.3·2.4.6에 따름).
• 최근 알람 이력 (예약, 수신, 풀스크린 표시, 스누즈, 해제 시각 및 알람 ID): 문제 진단과 사용자 확인을 위해 기기 내부에만 저장되며, 최대 7일 또는 60건 보관 후 자동 정리됩니다. 앱 삭제 또는 기록 삭제 시 제거되며, 백업은 본 절과 2.4.6의 설명에 따릅니다.
• 말하는 타이머 음성 스톱워치: 타이머·알람·스톱워치의 설정과 기록, 사용자가 입력한 이름·메모, 성취 정보 및 앱 설정은 기본적으로 기기 내부(앱 전용 데이터베이스와 설정 저장소)에 보관합니다. "앱 안"에 만든 백업 파일은 앱 전용 저장공간에, "단말기"를 골라 만든 백업 파일은 사용자가 고른 위치에 저장됩니다. 앱 전용 데이터와 백업은 앱 삭제 시 함께 제거될 수 있으나, 사용자가 고른 위치의 파일과 Google Drive·운영체제 백업 사본은 앱 삭제만으로 삭제되지 않습니다. 사용자가 선택한 Google Drive 백업은 2.4.6을 따릅니다.
• Android 자체 백업 및 기기 이전: 사용자 기기 설정과 Android/백업 제공자의 정책·지원 범위에 따라 앱 데이터가 운영체제의 클라우드 백업 또는 기기 간 전송에 포함될 수 있습니다. 이는 앱에서 직접 선택하는 Google Drive 백업 파일 및 구독 자동 백업 기능과 별개이며, 운영체제가 제공하는 절차에 따라 관리됩니다.

2.4. 자동 수집되는 정보 (제3자 서비스)

앱은 다음 제3자 서비스를 통해 일부 정보를 자동으로 수집합니다:

2.4.1. Firebase Analytics (Google LLC)

• 수집 정보: 앱 사용 통계 (화면 조회, 기능 사용 빈도), 기기 정보 (모델명, OS 버전, 언어, 국가), 익명 광고 식별자(AAID)

2.4.5 인앱 구독 모델

말하는 알람 시계, 말하는 타이머 음성 스톱워치 앱은 Google Play 결제 시스템을 통해 구독 또는 인앱 구매 기능을 제공할 수 있습니다.

  결제는 Google Play Billing을 통해 처리되며, 코모스튜디오는 사용자의 신용카드 번호, 계좌 정보, 결제 비밀번호 등 결제 수단 정보를
  직접 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

  앱은 유료 기능 제공, 구독 상태 확인, 구매 복원, 중복 결제 방지 및 고객 지원을 위해 Google Play로부터 구매 상태, 주문 식별자, 상
  품 ID, 구독 상태 등 결제 관련 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.

  구독의 결제, 갱신, 취소, 환불은 Google Play 계정 및 Google Play 정책에 따라 처리됩니다. 사용자는 Google Play 스토어의 구독 관리 화면에서 언제든지 구독을 관리하거나 해지할 수 있습니다.

2.4.6 Google Drive 백업·복원 (Google LLC, 선택 기능)

이 기능은 이를 지원하는 앱 버전에서 제공됩니다. 말하는 타이머 음성 스톱워치(com.comostudio.speakingtimer)는 사용자가 선택한 경우 본인의 Google Drive에 앱 백업 파일을 저장하거나 해당 파일을 읽어 복원합니다. 이 기능을 사용하려면 Google 계정을 선택하고 앱이 사용하는 파일에 대한 접근을 허용해야 합니다. 앱은 Google Drive 전체 파일에 대한 접근을 요청하지 않으며, 앱이 생성했거나 사용자가 앱에 접근을 허용한 파일 범위의 권한(drive.file)을 사용합니다.

백업 파일에는 타이머·알람·스톱워치의 설정과 기록, 관련 이름·메모 등 사용자 입력 내용, 성취 정보 및 앱 설정이 포함될 수 있습니다. 백업 파일은 사용자의 Google Drive로 직접 전송되며 코모스튜디오의 별도 서버로 전송되거나 광고·분석 목적으로 사용되지 않습니다. Google Drive에서의 저장·처리는 Google의 관련 정책에 따릅니다. 앱은 Google 접근 권한 정보를 자체적으로 영구 저장하거나 백업 파일에 포함하지 않습니다.

사용자가 구독 자동 백업을 켠 경우에는 활성화한 조건에 따라 본인 Google Drive로 백업합니다. 계정 연결·권한 허용만으로 자동 백업이 켜지지는 않습니다. 수동 백업·복원과 자동 백업 설정은 앱에서 구분해 안내합니다.

사용자는 Google Drive에서 백업 파일을 삭제하고 Google 계정의 연결된 앱 설정에서 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 권한 철회나 앱 삭제만으로 Drive의 기존 백업 파일이 자동 삭제되는 것은 아닙니다. 기기 안의 앱 전용 백업은 앱 삭제 시 함께 제거될 수 있습니다. 다른 기기로 이전할 백업은 클라우드에 저장하거나, 단말기에 저장한 파일을 별도로 새 기기로 옮겨야 합니다. 복원 과정에 만든 임시 사본은 작업 종료·취소 시 앱의 정리 절차에 따라 제거합니다.

Google API에서 받은 정보는 위 백업·복원 기능을 제공하는 목적으로만 사용하며, 그 사용과 다른 앱으로의 전송은 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요구사항을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 준수합니다.

Speaking Timer Voice Stopwatch public beta clarification — October 27, 2026

Applies to com.comostudio.speakingtimer 0.26.1 (versionCode 26102701). This clarifies how this app already processes data; it does not change the scope for the other apps.

• On-device records: Multi-timer, stopwatch and alarm settings and session records, laps, groups and tags, names, moods and notes you enter, voice settings, statistics and achievements are stored on your device by default. Related information may be included when you choose to create a backup. Optional Google Drive backups follow section 2.4.6.
• Record retention: The 7-day/60-entry diagnostic-history description below is not a general automatic deletion limit for your timer and stopwatch records. Manage records through the deletion features provided in the app. App-private data may be removed when you uninstall the app; exported backup copies must be managed at their storage locations.
• Text-to-speech: The app passes times, names and custom announcement text to your selected Android text-to-speech engine. A voice that requires a network connection may process that text on the engine provider's servers, subject to that provider's privacy policy and your device settings. Reading text aloud is separate from microphone recording.
• Foreground services: These support user-started timers and stopwatches, ringing alarms, notification and floating controls, and optional headphone-output protection. The permission itself does not upload session records to a separate server.
• Ads and subscriptions: AdMob banners, native ads and interstitial ads after stopwatch resets may appear when ads are enabled. They are not shown while an ad-removal entitlement is valid. Sections 2.4.3–2.4.5 cover ad and billing data. Subscription automatic backup runs only after you separately enable it.

Important: Information accessed via these permissions is never stored or transmitted externally. It is discarded immediately after the app performs its function. (Storage and backup of app data follow §2.3 and §2.4.6.)

2.3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The app stores the information needed for your settings and its operation on your device by default. Google Drive backups you choose (§2.4.6) and Android system backup and device transfer (the last item below) follow their own descriptions:

• Alarm settings (alarm times, ringtone selection, vibration patterns, TTS settings, etc.): Stored in the app's private settings storage on your device; backups follow §§2.3 and 2.4.6.
• Recent alarm history (scheduled, received, fullscreen display, snooze, dismiss timestamps and alarm IDs): Stored locally for troubleshooting and user reference. Automatically cleaned up after 7 days or 60 entries. Removed upon app uninstall or manual history clearing; backups follow this section and §2.4.6.
• Speaking Timer Voice Stopwatch: timer, alarm and stopwatch settings and records, names and memos you entered, achievements, and app settings are stored by default on your device (in the app's private database and settings storage). Backups made "In the app" are kept in the app's private storage; backups made with "Device" are saved where you choose. App-private data and backups may be removed when the app is uninstalled, but files at a location you chose and Google Drive or system backup copies are not deleted just by uninstalling the app. Google Drive backups you choose follow §2.4.6.
• Android system backup and device transfer: Depending on your device settings and the policies and supported scope of Android and your backup provider, eligible app data may be included in system cloud backup or device-to-device transfer. This is separate from the Google Drive backup files you select in the app and from subscription automatic backup, and is managed through the operating system's procedures.

2.4. Automatically Collected Information (Third-Party Services)

2.4.1. Firebase Analytics (Google LLC)

• Collected: App usage statistics (screen views, feature usage frequency), device info (model, OS version, language, country), anonymous Advertising ID (AAID)
• Purpose: Improve app features, analyze user experience
• Retention: Per Google policy (default 14 months)
• Anonymous: Not linked to your real identity
• Opt out: App drawer > "Statistics & Analytics settings" > Disable collection consent

• Collected: Advertising ID (AAID), device info, approximate location (country-level), app usage patterns
• Purpose: Serve personalized ads, measure ad effectiveness
• User Consent: Users in EEA/UK/Switzerland are explicitly asked for consent via UMP (User Messaging Platform).
• Withdraw Consent: EEA/UK/Switzerland users can re-adjust their ad consent via the "Privacy options" item in the app drawer. This item is displayed when Google UMP determines it is required for the user's region/state.

2.4.5. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Speaking Alarm Clock, Speaking Timer Voice Stopwatch app may provide subscription or in-app purchase features through Google Play Billing.

  Payments are processed by Google Play Billing. Como Studio does not directly collect or store payment method information such as credit card numbers, bank account information, or payment passwords.

  The app may verify purchase-related information from Google Play, such as purchase status, order identifiers, product IDs, and subscription status, in order to provide paid features, restore purchases, prevent duplicate purchases, and support users.

  Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled according to the user’s Google Play account settings and Google Play policies. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time from the subscription management screen in the Google  Play Store.

2.4.6. Optional Google Drive backup and restore (Google LLC)

This feature is available in app versions that support it. Speaking Timer Voice Stopwatch (com.comostudio.speakingtimer) lets you save app backup files to your own Google Drive or read them to restore your app data when you choose this feature. You select a Google Account and grant file access through Google's authorization flow. The app requests the drive.file scope for files it creates or files you allow it to access, rather than access to your entire Drive.

A backup may contain timer, alarm and stopwatch settings and records, related names, memos and other content you entered, achievements, and app settings. Backup files are sent directly to your Google Drive. They are not sent to a separate ComoStudio server or used for advertising or analytics. Storage and processing by Google Drive are subject to Google's applicable policies. The app does not itself persistently store Google access credentials or include them in backup files.

If you enable subscription automatic backup, backups are sent to your Drive under the conditions you enabled. Connecting an account or granting access does not, by itself, enable automatic backup. The app distinguishes manual backup and restore from automatic backup settings.

You can delete backup files in Google Drive and revoke app access in your Google Account settings. Revoking access or uninstalling the app does not automatically delete existing Drive backups. App-private backups may be removed when the app is uninstalled. To move a backup to another device, save it to the cloud or separately transfer a file saved on your device. Temporary copies created for restore are removed through the app's cleanup process when the operation ends or is cancelled.

Information received from Google APIs is used only to provide the backup and restore feature above, and its use and transfer to any other app adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

• Permission-accessed data: Discarded immediately, not stored
• App settings: Stored in the app's private settings storage on your device; backups follow §§2.3 and 2.4.6.
• Alarm history: Stored locally on your device; backups follow §§2.3 and 2.4.6. Automatically cleaned after 7 days or 60 entries. Removed upon uninstall.
• Firebase data: Managed by Google (Analytics 14 months, Crashlytics 90 days)
• AdMob data: Managed per Google policy
• Speaking Timer Voice Stopwatch records and backups: on-device data and app-private backups can be deleted in the app and may be removed when the app is uninstalled. Backup files at a location you chose, Google Drive backups (§2.4.6) and system backup copies are kept at those locations until you delete them.
